Fast Minds

Fast Minds is a voluntary group of like-minded people living with or having relatives with ADHD/ASD. We share our experiences and how we have found ways of living with them, and focusing on the positive sides of ADHD and ASD.

We meet

Every Thursday morning from 10.30am to 12.30pm

The 4th Monday of every month from 7pm to 9pm

South Shields, North Tyneside

A local support group meets fortnightly at Mortimer Community Association, South Shields on Tuesday between 4.45pm and 6.45pm

There is a free club for kids aged 5 to 14 years, and they also organize monthly family activities.
