There are hundreds, if not thousands, of websites related to ADHD and associated disorders. In this section we have listed a few that we found particularly useful for families and people with ADHD in the UK.

Adders.org A very extensive site that gives lots of information and practical help to families in the UK and around the world. Run by Adders.org, a support group based in Kent, it includes a live Chat room at 9pm on Thursdays, as well as on-line Forums to share experience. Milton Keynes ADD/ADHD Support Group This site is run by a very active support group in Milton Keynes, but is helpful for any ADHD family. There is on on-line chat room, plus a link to a fun 'MK-Kids' site especially for kids with ADHD. NetDoctor ADHD Written by experts, this UK site contains lots of information for parents, teachers and adults with ADHD. There are sections on causes, diagnosis and treatment as well as practical tips for parenting and school. |
